These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mikoro ("the Service") and set out the rights and obligations between users and the operator. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships arising from the provision and use of the Service. Any additional guidelines set by the operator form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Accounts)

You must register with accurate information and are responsible for managing your account. Assignment or lending of accounts to third parties is prohibited. If misuse is discovered, the operator may suspend or delete the account.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

You may not: - Violate laws or public order and morals - Cause nuisance to other users, third parties, or the operator, or engage in defamation - Interfere with the operation of the Service - Post false information or impersonate others - Take any other action deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Content and intellectual property)

Copyright and other rights in text, images, and data on the Service belong in principle to the operator or the rightful holders. Reuse, reproduction, or redistribution beyond the scope of personal use requires prior written permission.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Information on the Service (bloom timing, access, addresses, etc.) is provided with care but without any guarantee of completeness, currency, or usefulness. Please consult official sources for the latest information before visiting.

Article 6 (Changes and suspension)

The operator may change, add, or suspend the Service without prior notice. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from such changes.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
